Work runs on the system. Not on anyone's memory.

We build CRM, ERP and integration systems for companies and organisations without their own development team. The system follows how your work actually flows.

  2. Every follow-up has an owner. An accepted quote creates a task that a salesperson takes on and turns into an order.
  3. AI as part of the tool.An AI assistant, calculators and customer reactivation sit in the same view as sales.
  4. Sales, production and warehouse together.Orders, customers, products, calendar, goods receipt and warehouse in one system, with one sign-in.

Before you choose

Questions worth asking a small supplier.

Who builds the system?
Jami Ojala is responsible for the architecture, the build and the delivery. A specialist's role is agreed in the scope, and overall responsibility stays with Kolosseum.
Do we own the code?
Yes. The code and its history are always handed over to you. Depending on the project, they live in your own version control from the start or move there at an agreed stage. Technical decisions and maintenance notes are written down, so another developer can carry on.
Can the price run away?
Each phase is scoped and priced in writing before it starts: a fixed price or an agreed cap on hours. The next phase starts only when the previous one is accepted.
How soon will we see something?
The first phase is scoped small, so you see working software early and can judge the direction before the next phase.
How is AI used?
We build with AI agents: they write and test code, while Jami decides the architecture and answers for the result. In client systems, a person approves AI suggestions wherever a decision carries responsibility.
What happens after go-live?
Maintenance and further development are agreed as a monthly fee or a bank of hours, also over several years. Responsibilities, scope and response times go into the contract.

Who builds

Built by someone who has run operations.

Before software, Jami Ojala ran operations: elected Vice President of the international federation IFM-SEI in the middle of a crisis, and responsible for applying for and reporting on public grants. The systems are built on that understanding of how money, decisions and responsibility actually move through an organisation.

We build with AI agents. They write and test code; Jami decides the architecture and answers for the result. That is how a small studio delivers quickly, with every change in version control.

Services

What we build.

Systems at the core of your operations, integrations between them, and web services for your customers.

  1. Business systems

We architect and build internal systems, custom ERPs, and operational tools tailored to how your company actually works. Replace scattered spreadsheets and rigid legacy software with one clear system built around your workflow.

  2. Websites & digital services

We design and engineer fast, technically uncompromising websites and customer-facing digital products. Sharp positioning, seamless user experience, and a codebase built to scale.

  3. Integrations & AI automation

We connect your CRM, finance systems and workflows into one working whole. We choose an integration, an agent or a model of your own to fit the task, and whatever we build is tested on your own cases before go-live.

Getting started

From a small review to long-term development.

Every engagement is priced against a written scope. A small, well-defined piece of work can lead to a larger one once both sides know what to build next.

  1. Technical review or fix

A scoped review or fix when a system is struggling or a decision is due.

Scope and price: A fixed price or an agreed cap on hours before work starts.

  2. Phased system delivery

A new system, a replacement or an integration programme, one phase at a time.

Scope and price: Priced per phase against the written scope. Each phase is accepted before the next begins.

  3. Support and ongoing development

Agreed service for a system in use, including multi-year agreements.

Scope and price: A monthly fee for the agreed service or a block of hours. Larger changes are scoped separately.
